*please note: The venue is primarily available for rent during the weekends, and in the holiday and vacation season for longer periods. An assistent or chef from us is mandatory.

* also, depending on the nature and details of the event, for restaurant or private party rentals, we will need to charge for one staff member for overall assistance and surveillance.
